AHRCF micro-credentials
Australian HR Capability Framework (AHRCF) micro-credentials are units that form part of the HR Certification Program. Each aims to enhance your capability in alignment with the AHRCF across the key skills and knowledge HR practitioners need to deliver a great employee experience and drive strong organisations. Upon completion of an AHRCF micro-credential, you will receive a digital badge so you can showcase your skills and achievement on social media, including to potential employers.
You do not need to commit to undertaking HR Certification to enrol in one or more AHRCF micro-credentials. However, each micro-credential is designed for practitioners with foundational knowledge in the capability area who are looking to progress to the Emerging Leader level.
