Assess whether the data a workflow relies on is accurate, accessible and safe to use.

Explore HR AI use cases across recruitment, employee relations, policy queries, onboarding and manager coaching.

Prioritise HR AI opportunities by value, effort, risk, cost, compliance and data readiness to guide future AI investment decisions.

Map and redesign a priority HR workflow, defining AI-enabled tasks, human responsibilities, review, escalations and approvals.

Build an AI assistant with the workflow you designed, with prompt logic, guardrails and quality checks to ensure safer, consistent HR use.

Test the build against real edge cases, including ambiguous queries, distressed employees and requests it should refuse.

Translate the build into the approved platform, ensuring compatibility with Copilot, Gemini or a vendor-embedded HR assistant.
