Vidoula Uckiah

Vidoula is a highly seasoned Senior HR and Transformation Partner with over two decades of experience across Australia, the UK and Europe. With a background as a lawyer, accredited mediator and certification in change management, she brings a blend of technical rigour and strategic foresight, most recently within complex healthcare and public-sector environments.

For the past three years, she has been a national-level training facilitator specialising in HR Law and the Psychosocial Code of Practice. Her philosophy centres on putting the “human” back at the centre of workforce management, recognising that while compliance and frameworks provide structure, it is the “how”—behaviour, culture and sensitive conflict navigation—that drives organisational health.

Learners benefit from Vidoula’s expertise in Employee & Industrial Relations (ER/IR) and Strategic Workforce Planning, developed across multinational private and government sectors. She is known for supporting cultural change, managing complex matters and guiding restructures with pragmatic, integrity-driven advice that balances organisational objectives with psychosocial safety.

Using trauma-informed practice and technical expertise, she develops innovative frameworks and policy, leads complex consultation, and delivers training and presentations to advanced cohorts.

She works across workplace behaviour and employee relations contexts, supporting organisations through policy development, consultation processes and capability building. Her facilitation is grounded in practical application, combining technical knowledge with contemporary workplace practice.
