Apply key wellbeing principles to assess and prioritize staff wellbeing within your organization's unique context.
Utilise wellbeing assessment tools and methodologies to measure and analyse the current state of wellbeing within your organisation and identify areas of improvement.
Evaluate and select appropriate wellbeing models, demonstrating the ability to align these models with your organisation's specific needs and goals.
Prioritise and justify areas for intervention based on data and evidence gathered through wellbeing assessments and analysis.
Develop and implement targeted wellbeing interventions, including the creation of actionable plans and strategies to address identified priority areas.
Establish and maintain a feedback mechanism for continuous evaluation of wellbeing initiatives within your organisation, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing improvement.
