We’ll discuss diversity strategies, inclusion initiatives and what’s making a real difference in our organisations. What programs are working well? Where are the challenges? And how can we continue to build workplaces where everyone has the opportunity to thrive?

Speaker: Danny Milincic

Danny Milincic is a senior Human Resources professional with more than 30 years of experience across government and not-for-profit organisations. Throughout his career, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion has been a key focus, with experience developing and implementing diversity strategies, inclusion programs and cultural initiatives that foster respectful, supportive and high-performing workplaces.

Currently in a senior HR leadership role with Regional Services Anangu Aboriginal Corporation, Danny works closely with leaders and employees to promote culturally safe workplace practices, support Indigenous employment outcomes and strengthen organisational capability. He is passionate about creating environments where people from diverse backgrounds feel valued, included and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.

Entry through the gate in the beige colourbond fence, north eastern corner of the parking lot. A sign will be up, marking the entrance.
