Drawing on real examples and lessons learned, we’ll examine what it takes to integrate DEI into core systems and processes, maintain momentum, and engage employees meaningfully in shaping inclusive cultures.

Fiona is a leading DEI specialist with 30+ years’ experience driving change across government, corporate, and academic sectors. Currently DEI Lead at Uniting NSW.ACT, she also consults via Diversity Knowhow. Fiona co-authored The Fearless DEI Practitioner and serves on AHRI’s DEI Advisory Panel.

Jason Teoh is a DE&I thought leader with 15+ years in HR, specialising in inclusive capability and cultural change. A neurodivergent migrant with disability, he translates complex equity challenges into practical solutions. Jason uses storytelling to foster trust, shift mindsets, and lead conversations on privilege, intersectionality, and equity.
