This comprehensive course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the complex landscape of psychosocial wellbeing in the workplace.
As organisations increasingly recognize the importance of promoting mental health and addressing psychosocial risks, understanding, and adhering to the Psychosocial Code of Practice has become essential.
Participants will come away with a strong foundational understanding of the entire Code, starting with understanding its purpose along with how to define and implement Code recommendations.
Familiarise with the Codes of Practice and their purpose.
Understand definitions and obligations relating to psychosocial wellbeing.
Identify, assess, and respond to psychosocial risks and incidents.
Support parties, including diverse parties, affected by psychosocial risks.
Plan implementation of psychosocial risk management strategies.

Prepare for the virtual workshop - comprehensive course learning materials are delivered straight to your email inbox before you participate in the live workshop.
Participate in one or more live facilitator-led 3-hour online workshops delivered via Zoom (these are generally programs with which AHRI partners with a specialist provider)
Prepare for your learning journey – engage with your peers, complete pre-course tasks, explore and start working through the course online learning module at your own pace.
Participate in one or more live interactive facilitator-led 90 minute online learning sessions delivered via Zoom.
Apply your learning directly to your workplace between the live learning sessions – explore interactive case studies and engage in skills based practice activities.
Reflect on your learning, share what you’ve learnt, and create a plan of action for workplace application.
