Salli holds a Master of Criminology and Criminal Justice as well as an Exclusive Master’s in Public Administration. Committed to enhancing service capacity and capability, she is engaged in extensive networks across various sectors. Salli’s expertise includes strategic development, organisational and cultural change, capacity building, policy formulation, and complex problem-solving. She is driven by identifying solutions to harness positive change. In 2023, Salli was appointed Chair of the NT ANZSOG Alumni Chapter.
