The Australian HR Capability Framework

The Australian HR Capability Framework (AHRCF) expands the application of core capabilities for HR professionals across the scope of experience from early career professionals to senior HR leaders.

This framework is an evolution of the AHRI Model of Excellence (MoE). HR practice has shifted and lifted its impact, and these are the capabilities that will future proof Australian businesses.

The AHRCF is defined by six capabilities, fifteen mapped core knowledge areas and ten behaviours.
