That challenge is becoming more urgent as AI transforms how work is performed. Aaron’s work focuses particularly on three protective human capacities — judgment, capability and connection — and what happens when poorly designed technology-enabled work begins to erode them.
Aaron is a Senior Industry Fellow with RMIT’s Centre for Workforce Futures, a Fellow of the Australian HR Institute, and author of the forthcoming The AI Survival Guide, which explores how we can protect our humanity and psychological health while harnessing the benefits of AI.
