Capability, Culture & Care: L&D’s new frontier in Psychosocial Safety
August 25 @ 7:15 AM - 8:45 AM AEST
Free - $20.00QLD L&D Network
Psychosocial safety has officially moved from “HR’s problem” to a core capability challenge, and L&D is right in the middle of it. Across Australia, HR and L&D teams are being asked to step up in new ways as organisations grapple with psychological safety, psychosocial hazards, and the real human impact of work.
This session brings together senior practitioners who will unpack real case studies of what good (and not so good) looks like through a practical L&D lens. Expect honest insights, evidence-based takeaways, and a few “oh wow, we’ve definitely done that before” moments.
Through a moderated panel discussion, you’ll hear how leaders across industries are designing learning that reduces risk, builds trust, and strengthens capability in the moments that matter. Expect lessons learned, grounded strategies, and practical ideas you can take back to your own organisation immediately.
Join AHRI Brisbane’s L&D community for a morning of connection, evidence informed practice, and grounded conversation about the future of safe, human centred learning.
