Payroll data is one of the largest data sets and a rich source of information for an organisation. This session is aimed at enabling us to effectively manage and leverage this sensitive and valuable data.

Speaker: Annette Hang, Partner Sydney
Leader of Aon’s Talent Advisory practice for Australia/New Zealand, and Regional Insurance Industry Leader for Asia-Pacific. Over 20 years’ remuneration experience spanning both in-house and consulting roles on the design and delivery of executive and workforce reward change programs. Extensive experience spanning remuneration governance reward strategy, market benchmarking, incentive design, gender pay equity, job architecture and employee benefits.
Speaker: Gina Curtis – Manager, Sydney Aon
Manager in Aon’s Talent team, predominantly supporting the Financial Services sector portfolio. Gina has supported the delivery of assignments including reward philosophy and strategy, market analytics and insights reporting remuneration benchmarking, client and stakeholder management and incentive design.
Previously based in London, Gina specialised in executive remuneration across technology and the life sciences sector.
Speaker: Jemma Levy – Manager Sydney Aon
Manager in Aon’s Talent Advisory team, partnering with organisations to design and deliver robust, future focused rewards solutions. She advises on a broad range of topics including job evaluation job architecture, reward strategy and pay transparency.
Her consulting experience spans several industries with a particular focus on financial services, technology and life sciences and covers organisations at every stage of growth from early-stage start-ups to large complex multinationals
Jemma has been based predominantly in the UK in both consulting and in house roles. She has led and supported local and international projects across the UK, EU, US and APAC.
