Subcultures, When Different Works.. and When It Doesn’t
July 2 @ 3:45 PM - 5:00 PM ACST
Free - $20.00SA Organisational Change and Development Network
Moving culture from concept to practice.
This session is designed for HR and organisational development leaders who want to move beyond defining culture to actively shaping it.
Through practical application, we will explore how culture shows up in everyday behaviours and group dynamics, the critical role subcultures play across teams, and when differences strengthen performance, or create risk. Participants will leave with a clearer, more practical lens on how culture operates and what it takes to influence it in a meaningful, sustainable way.
