HR Connect: Navigating Hypothetical Challenges

July 23 @ 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM AEST

$25.00 - $35.00

QLD Cairns Network
This session will bring together a panel of experienced HR practitioners who will unpack a series of hypothetical workplace situations. As each scenario is explored, panellists will share their perspectives, decision‑making approaches, and the principles that guide them, while attendees are invited to reflect, question, and contribute to the conversation.

The format creates a dynamic learning environment where different viewpoints surface, practical strategies emerge, and participants gain a deeper understanding of how thoughtful HR responses can shape culture, fairness, and trust across an organisation. Psychosocial safety is now a formal work health and safety obligation legislated by law — and for HR, P&C and WHS leaders, the challenge is knowing what to do next.
