Gain practical tools to empower others to lead inclusively - enhancing team trust, engagement, and performance
To drive meaningful and lasting change, diversity, equity and inclusion must be championed by leaders at all levels, not just written into policy. This session explores how HR professionals can equip and empower leaders to make equity-informed decisions, role model inclusive behaviors, and foster environments where all employees feel heard, respected and supported. Learn practical approaches to building leadership accountability, challenging bias, and cultivating psychological safety across teams.
