The Work Ahead: HR Leading What’s Next
As the world of work continues to evolve at pace, from legislative reform to AI-enabled transformation, HR professionals must do more than respond, they must lead, working confidently within the complex intersections that underpin modern work.
This year’s theme positions HR as the architect of what comes next, exploring how organisations can proactively shape work design, workforce capability and workplace governance. Across two dedicated streams, HR and ER/IR, the program will provide both strategic insight and practical application for leading in a complex and changing environment.
