What measures are in place to ensure employees feel safe and able to bring their full, unique self to work? How does the organisation promote inclusion and belonging, and manage risk, creating a safe environment for all employees?

Employee Belonging

In what ways are inclusion and diversity principles holistic and flow through all aspects of the employment experience?

Cultural Change

How does the organisation diagnose the need for, and drive change to ensure the culture of the organisation is inclusive?

Sustainable

How is the organisation’s approach to inclusion and diversity prioritised ongoing and how is sustainability ensured through continuous improvement and ongoing strategy, funding, and delivery?

Strategic and Leader Driven

How does the organisation engage active leaders who embrace diversity and inclusion and are committed to its prioritisation in the organisation and its people strategy?

Cost

An application fee is payable for each Organisational Award category entered, charged at $220 for AHRI members or $755 for non-members.
