Yasmin London

Yasmin London is an international keynote speakers, event and podcast host, and the founder and CEO of First Movers Co. – a leadership consultancy redefining what it means to lead in a tech shaped world.

A former world champion athlete, NSW police officer, and technology director, Yasmin brings a rare combination of grit, empathy and real world expertise to the complex challenges of leadership, digital culture and human connection. Location: 1 Hotel Melbourne  

Address: 9 Maritime Place, Melbourne 

Room: Ballroom – access is via the main hotel lobby – walk through the lobby towards the Crane Bar, then turn right and walk down the corridor to the pre-event space for welcome drinks. The friendly 1 Hotel staff can assist you with finding the event.  

How to get there

Train: Closest station is Southern Cross, a ten-minute walk

Tram: Closest tram stop is South Wharf/Wurundjeri Way

Parking: Valet parking at the hotel charged at a day rate of $60 and an overnight rate of $75. Electric vehicle charging stations on site.

Self-parking available at nearby Nationwide Parking – World Trade Centre or Siddeley Street Care Park

Special rates start from $340 per night.  

There are also several other hotels nearby including Crowne Plaza Melbourne, Quincy Hotel, Travelodge Hotel Docklands, and Quest Docklands Apartment hotel.

The hotel is step free and accessible. Service animals are welcome.  

We will have a mobi lift available for anyone to use to access the stage if required.

Yes, we do have discounts for tables, please contact [email protected] to book.

We aren’t able to confirm if you are the category winner until the award is announced during the ceremony. 

Tables will be a maximum of ten guests. If your group is smaller than ten, additional delegates may be sat with you. 

Yes, if you are unable to attend yourself, you may appoint someone to attend using your discount code and to accept the award on your behalf if you are announced the winner. Please reach out to [email protected] to arrange for us to swap your discount code. 

Tickets are transferrable, so you may appoint someone else from your organisation to attend in your place. Refunds are generally not available within two weeks of registrations closing, as we have already incurred venue and catering costs. Please email [email protected] to discuss options available. 

Yes, upon registration, you will be asked to nominate who you would like to sit with. If you are attending with an organisation, every effort will be made to seat you with your colleagues unless otherwise specified.
