Louisa Keck
Biography
Lou is General Manager of Elephant Ed Workplace, an organisation that partners with Australian workplaces and schools to deliver meaningful programs preventing sexual harassment and promoting inclusivity, ensuring people feel safe and empowered to bring their full and best selves to work. Every year, Elephant Ed works with over 100,000 young people in schools, universities, and workplaces, exploring topics including sexual harassment prevention, consent, respectful relationships, sexuality, and inclusivity.
Prior to Elephant Ed, Lou began her professional journey at The Reach Foundation as a shy 16-year-old, volunteering with the organisation after experiencing a Reach workshop at her school. Almost 15 years later, Lou was appointed CEO of the organisation, leading the youth mental health organisation to deliver preventative mental health programs for tens of thousands of young Australians every year.
She is deeply passionate about the growth and empowerment of young people and works to leverage her knowledge in the space to help organisations bridge the generational gap and build safer and more inclusive workplaces for all.
