HR: Powered by People

Thank you to everyone who attended the AHRI VIC Conference 2026.

Victoria faces one of the lowest productivity growth rates in Australia, making it critical for organisations to rethink how they drive performance and workforce strategy. This year’s conference brought together industry thought leaders and HR professionals to explore the pivotal role HR plays as the strategic engine that accelerates organisational growth and drives workplace transformation.

Attendees walked away with practical strategies and actionable insights to build future-ready, agile workplaces that strengthen organisational performance and resilience across Victoria.

Thank you again to our speakers, partners, exhibitors, sponsors and attendees for contributing to such an engaging and insightful event. We look forward to continuing the conversation at future AHRI events.
