Cam is a Project Manager with the Hays Assessment and Development Team, a national business line delivering project services across the employee lifecycle. Passionate about creating connected, thriving and purpose-led teams, Cam believes in building workplaces where people feel valued, empowered and inspired to reach their full potential. 

An AHRI Tasmanian State Council member since 2017 and Vice-President since 2018, Cam has been a driving force behind member engagement and events. Beyond AHRI, he is President of Make-A-Wish Hobart, Deputy Chair of Volunteering Tasmania, and a member of the Tasmanian Employer of Choice Partner Advisory Group. He also serves proudly as an Army Reservist. 

Cam’s academic background includes a BA (Policy)–BBus (HR Management), a BPhil (Leadership), and a GradCert in Career Development & Education. He is a Fellow Certified HR Practitioner (FCPHR) with AHRI.
