Biography

Jodeen lived in the Northern Territory for nearly 30 years where she worked as a lawyer, politician, departmental chief executive. 

She moved to Adelaide from her early retirement in Coffin Bay in 2018 to work as Chief of Staff to former Attorney-General and Deputy Premier, Vickie Chapman.  

Jodeen was appointed South Australia’s Commissioner for Equal Opportunity in April 2021 for a five-year term. She talks regularly with groups and individuals about discrimination law and the work of her office, Equal Opportunity SA.
