With two decades as a former Senior HR Executive, Sarah has led successful enterprise-wide transformation in complex, male-dominated industries including aviation, telecommunications, maritime, and federal government. Her expertise spans high-profile workplace relations matters, including complex investigations, code and performance matters, enterprise bargaining, and leadership capability development, with a particular focus on integrity, psychosocial hazards, and modern leadership.

A trained lawyer with qualifications in psychology, leadership, governance, coaching, and HR, Sarah combines a unique skill set to help organisations navigate people and culture matters. Sought out as a trusted advisor, she helps clients address complex people issues in ways that drive optimal outcomes and value.
