Cecilia Jones (she/her) is the Founder and Director of Intelligent People Pty Ltd, with over 25 years of leadership experience in Human Resources across the Commonwealth Government, health sector, and private consultancy. An accredited coach, conflict coach, facilitator, and people strategist, Cecilia is known for her practical, strengths-based approach.

She empowers managers and leaders to confidently lead teams, drive projects, navigate organisational change, and build inclusive, high-performing cultures. Through coaching, training, and consultancy, Cecilia helps leaders unlock their potential and lead with clarity, purpose, and impact.

Together with Robin Ladwig, Cecilia coordinates AHRI’s DEI networking group in the ACT, hosting bi-monthly virtual coffee catch-ups on topical DEI issues. They create a supportive environment that encourages active discussion and sharing of insights to highlight “the expertise within the room.”
