A certified HR Practitioner with more than 25 years of experience, Andrew spent a decade building foundational APS skills in project, contract and financial management, complex procurement, and policy development, with 15 years in private sector leadership roles in HR operations, talent and HR consulting/service delivery.

Andrew partners with internal and external clients to solve people challenges, design and deliver talent initiatives and build capability, promoting data-informed people decisions through expertise in psychometric tools.

With a personal passion for building professional networking skills, Andrew contributes to the wider HR community as an elected ACT AHRI Council member since 2019 and is currently Vice President (Membership).
