Network Forum
The SA Employee Relations / Industrial Relations (ER/IR) Network aims to support local HR and AHRI members by providing advice, insights, and shared learning on employment and workplace relations matters, including key developments in the policy and legislative environment.
The network focuses on exploring topics relevant to South Australia and engages members through interactive discussions, seminars, and forums designed to build practical skills and deepen understanding of ER/IR frameworks. Emphasis is placed on real‑world application, supporting members to confidently manage workplace issues and implement change.
Areas of interest may include workplace agreement negotiations, transfers of business, union right of entry, managing employee performance, industrial action and workplace disputes, managing ill and injured workers, termination of employment, workplace policies and procedures, unfair dismissal and discrimination claims, bullying and harassment, award rates, entitlements, and other employment conditions.
