NT Alice Springs Network

Network Forum

The Alice Springs HR Network is a newly formed community for HR professionals and people managers in the region. We’re currently hosting informal meetups to connect local HR practitioners, share ideas, and explore what members would like to gain from a regional HR network. These early gatherings are about building relationships and shaping the direction of the network together.

As the network grows, we plan to offer a range of events such as guest speakers, panel discussions, and professional development sessions that reflect local interests and address current trends in human resource management. Topics may include workforce challenges in remote areas, employee wellbeing, recruitment and retention, leadership, and more – guided by what matters most to the Alice Springs HR community.
