Katie Wyatt is a Noongar/Yamatji woman working on Wurundjeri Country, with over 20 years of leadership and business experience across multiple sectors. She is a passionate advocate for the power of business to drive social change and has built a unique career spanning organisational development, strategic innovation, and entrepreneurship. Katie brings a wealth of experience in complex stakeholder management across both the private and for-purpose sectors. Currently, she leads the Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team at BHP, where she is focused on building an inclusive and culturally strong workplace for the company’s 80,000 employees worldwide.
