Michaela White is a passionate and business focused industrial relations/employee relations specialist and a self-confessed “IR nerd” who believes effective leadership, transparency and employee engagement are the key to successful employee and industrial relations outcomes.

Currently an industrial relations manager at Cleanaway Waste Management, Australia’s largest, publicly listed waste management company with over 6,000 employees in more than 250 locations, she has extensive experience as an HR generalist and industrial relations specialist across a range of public, private and not for profit organisations.

Michaela is committed to supporting the next generation of HR professionals through coaching and mentoring and is an active member of AHRI’s ER/IR Advisory panel and the Industrial Relations Society of Victoria.
