Focusing on quantitative insights and practical, value add solutions, she helps organisations align people strategies with their broader growth objectives.  
 
As a chief people officer, consultant and non executive director, Christina has a unique perspective on the evolving needs of business owners and leaders and uses this to maximise impact.  

 
Having built and revitalised HR functions, managed mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs and led culture, workforce development, and change management initiatives, Christina has a strong ability to manage risk in regulated environments and drive workforce innovation. 
 
An active non executive director, Christina is a strong advocate for placing HR professionals at board level, where their insights into workforce strategy, compliance and culture can directly influence organisational success.  

 
Christina is currently the chief people officer for Cornerstone Medical Recruitment and has proudly led winning teams recognised as Australian HR Team of the Year (<1,000 employees) in the 2022 and 2024 HRD Awards and been named on HRD’s 2025 HR Hot List.
