The Psychological Safety Nexus
November 26 @ 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM AEST
Free - $20.00QLD Diversity and Inclusion Network
As we head toward 2027, workplaces are navigating unprecedented change, increasing uncertainty, and growing expectations to adapt and innovate. The pressure to deliver strong outcomes has never been higher, and the need for resilient cultures never greater.
A question we need it be asking is ‘how do we create high performing and inclusive cultures within this rapidly changing world of work?’
While there are no silver-bullets here, there’s a growing body of evidence to suggest that psychological safety should be a key priority for future-focused organisations.
In this 60-minute Virtual Masterclass we’ll be joined by Pragmatic Thinking as we explore psychological safety’s relationship with inclusion, wellbeing, and high-performance, and how we can cultivate it in our workplaces.
• How psychological safety enables inclusion, supports wellbeing, and facilitates performance.
• Why psychological safety is a key piece in ensuring inclusion in the workplace.
• Dispelling the myths that prevent psychological safety from being prioritised.
• Practical principles for building psychologically safe, inclusive, and high-performing teams.
