Jason Clark, National Co-Director of Work logic Pty Ltd, draws on over 30 years of experience across the military, government, and corporate sectors. A recognised leader in workplace investigations and culture, Jason will share a real-world perspective on psychosocial complaints, including bullying, harassment, and workplace conflict. He will explore what investigations reveal about underlying risks, common pitfalls in complaint handling, and how organisations can use insights to strengthen culture and prevent harm.

 

Kate Moore, a highly experienced People and Culture executive, brings deep expertise in organisational transformation, leadership, and workforce strategy. Having worked with Boards and executive teams across diverse sectors, Kate will provide a strategic lens on positive duty and psychological safety, highlighting how leaders can embed inclusive, respectful environments that support both wellbeing and performance.
