Build confidence managing neurodivergent performance conversations 

Develop the confidence and practical skills to manage performance concerns involving neurodivergent employees in a way that is fair, clear and inclusive. This session equips HR professionals and managers with strengths-based approaches to address performance challenges while maintaining accountability, psychological safety and appropriate workplace support. 

 

Effective performance management is a critical enabler of employee success, wellbeing and organisational outcomes. HR professionals and managers play an important role in ensuring performance concerns are addressed consistently, while supporting neurodivergent employees to meet role expectations. 

 

In this interactive two-hour online session, you will learn how to: 

  • Intervene early when performance concerns emerge 

  • Deliver clear, constructive feedback in a supportive way 

  • Navigate formal performance management processes with confidence 

  • Distinguish between adjustment needs and genuine performance concerns 

  • Approach conversations in a way that supports both fairness and accountability 

 

Designed for real workplace contexts 

The session focuses primarily on office-based and knowledge-work environments, with principles that are broadly transferable to other workplace settings.
