Many organisations focus on creating strong leadership capability as a foundation for building high-performance organisations. This often includes managing health and wellbeing in an integrated way with physical safety and other important business aspects. This webinar is designed for HR and WHS professionals and practitioners who are tired of leadership programs that inspire but don’t shift.
The session offers practical tips for building safety leadership capability that is measurable, multi-level, and built to last. This is not a theory session. It is a working session built around what moves the dial in practice.
