OPEN ACCESS: International HR Day Webinar:
HR as Architects of the Future of Work

On International HR Day, we celebrate a profession that does more than respond to change; it designs what comes next.

As organisations navigate AI adoption, workforce transformation, evolving employee expectations and increasing regulartory complexity, HR is no longer at the periphery of strategy. It is at the centre, shaping culture, building capability and architecting sustainable performance.

In this special International HR Day panel, HR leaders will explore how the profession is actively designing the future of work. From responsible AI integration and skills-based workforce planning to inclusive leadership and organisational adaptability, our panellists will share how HR is moving from operational enabler to strategic architect.

This discussion will highlight the impact, influence, and foresight that define modern HR and why the profession is uniquely positioned to lead organisations through complexity with both commercial clarity and human insight.

Join us as we celebrate the leadership, innovation and integrity of HR professionals who are not just preparing for the future, they are building it.

From Awareness to Action: Retaining Neurodivergent Talent Through Inclusive Workplaces

In recognition of Neurodiversity Celebration Week this webinar helps organisations move beyond awareness to practical strategies that better support and retain neurodivergent employees.

Drawing on outcomes from large government employment programs, this session examines how workplace environment, communication and management practice influence engagement, performance and retention. Participants will explore common strengths associated with autistic and ADHD employees, alongside barriers that arise without appropriate support.

This webinar introduces Milton’s Double Empathy Problem, reframing communication challenges as mutual differences rather than individual deficits. Participants will leave with practical, low-cost actions they can implement immediately to improve communication practices, inclusivity, workplace adjustments and retention of neurodivergent employees.
