• This micro-credential is designed at the AQF level 8 for HR practitioners with foundational knowledge in the capability area who are looking to progress to the Emerging Leader level

• Participants are expected to attend both live sessions and actively engage with topics, discussions, and activities in a trusted and respectful environment

• Live sessions are not recorded (except for auditing and quality purposes)

• Workshops will proceed only if minimum numbers are met

• This Micro-credential has an extended assessment due date to account for the festive and holiday period. Participants will see these revised due dates in the learning management system and no further extensions will be granted.
