The AHRI Mentoring Program is run exclusively for AHRI members, to participate as mentees or mentors.
The nine-month mentoring program for 2022, matches experienced HR professionals (mentors) with upcoming HR practitioners, HR graduates and other professionals (mentees) wanting to transition into an HR role, advance their career or seeking guidance for their current HR role.
Mentee / Mentor pairs will be announced on 14 March 2022, and the program will commence on 22nd March 2022 and run through to 30 November 2022.

Regular communications and quarterly newsletters are sent to participants about upcoming events, webinars and information of interest. We also encourage participants to provide feedback throughout the program.
