The six-month mentoring program matches experienced HR professionals (mentors) with upcoming HR practitioners, HR students and other professionals wanting to transition into an HR role (mentees). Exclusive to AHRI members

AHRI student members in their third or final year of study can join intake 1 only of the six-month mentoring program.

Current participants

Regular communications and quarterly newsletters are sent to participants about upcoming events, webinars and information of interest. We also encourage participants to provide feedback throughout the program.
