Mentoring program

Build your HR career, capability and professional networks with AHRI’s Mentoring Program. 

The AHRI Mentoring Program is run exclusively for AHRI members, to participate as mentees or mentors.

The new nine-month mentoring program for 2021, matches experienced HR professionals (mentors) with upcoming HR practitioners, HR graduates and other professionals (mentees) wanting to transition into an HR role, advance their career or seeking guidance for their current HR role. 

The program will commence on 1 March 2021 to 30 November 2021.

Members interested in the program need to complete a registration form and an online application, the cost to participate in the program is $220 for Mentees and free for mentors. 

Registrations are now open and will close 31 January 2021.

If you are an AHRI Student member and an undergraduate in your final year, please look out for the new AHRI Student Mentoring Program that is being launched in 2021, information to be released in October 2020.

Current participants

Regular communications and quarterly newsletters are sent to participants about upcoming events, webinars and information of interest. We also encourage participants to provide feedback throughout the program.
