Dr Tim Baker is an international consultant and author of seven books, including his new release, “Performance Management for Agile Organizations” (Palgrave Macmillan). Tim has conducted more than 2400 seminars, workshops, keynote addresses and coaching programs for more then 45,000 people in 11 countries across 21 industry groups. He was voted one of the 50 Most Talented Global Training & Development Leaders by the World HRD Congress. Tim is a Fellow and Queensland State Councillor for AHRI and Member of QUT Council since 2010. He has been appointed an Australia Day Ambassador in 2016 and 2017.
