The HR Pathways Scholarship supports recent migrants and refugees with prior HR experience to transition into the Australian HR profession by providing a recognised local qualification, AHRI membership and mentoring, helping build capability, networks and confidence to succeed in the Australia context.

Prize

AHRI Associate Membership and registration into the AHRI Certificate IV in Human Resource Management, AHRI HR Law Course and the AHRI mentoring program as a mentee. 

Eligibility

  • Migrants or refugees currently residing in Australia.
  • Prior international experience in an HR or related role.
  • Relevant HR qualification or equivalent professional experience gained overseas.
  • Not currently employed in an HR role in Australia.
