The HR Leadership Scholarship recognises an emerging HR leader who demonstrates in HR though submission of writing/verbal recording/recorded presentation on a topic relating to their potential for HR leadership.

Prize

One HR Leadership Scholarship will be awarded. The Scholarship winner will receive registration for AHRI HR Certification Assessment, a delegate registration to AHRI’s National Convention & Exhibition.

Eligibility

  • Professional AHRI membership status at MAHRI level or higher.
  • 5+ years’ experience in an HR leadership role.
  • Completed a formal qualification (degree or postgraduate diploma in any discipline). 
  • Currently employed in an HR role in Australia.
