The Future of Work Advisory Panel is chaired by AHRI Board member, Dr Ben Hamer, CPHR.
This panel will provide insights which will shape how AHRI responds and contributes to the Future of Work agenda.
Members of the panel are invited by AHRI to share their expertise in a broad range of matters relating to work, workers and workplaces both nationally and globally.

Dr Ben Hamer CPHR
Director, AHRI | Futurist
Dr Ben Hamer is an accredited futurist, where he was recently awarded the number one thought leader for the Future of Work in the Asia-Pacific. Ben has undertaken work and research around the world, including time spent leading critical projects on the future of work and skills at the World Economic Forum as well as being a Visiting Scholar at Yale University.
He has worked as an executive across the public and private sector, most recently as the Head of Future of Work at PwC Australia. Ben is an Adjunct Professor at Edith Cowan University and has taught both undergraduate and postgraduate courses at leading Australian universities.
A sought-after media commentator, Ben is also the author of The Kickass Career: How to succeed in the Future of Work, today.
In 2014, Ben won the Rising Star AHRI Award, and achieved his certification through the AHRI Practising Certification Program.
