Executive Leadership Workshop: Talent to Value
November 20 @ 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM AEDT
$150.00 - $200.00Aligning HR and business leaders on the capability priority change now demands
People strategy is often assigned to HR, while the leadership behaviour that determines whether it succeeds remains dispersed across the business. Under pressure, this split becomes costly. HR carries the expectation to improve capability, culture and change adoption, while CEOs, GMs and operational leaders make the daily decisions that shape trust, accountability and execution.
This focused executive workshop brings both sides of that equation into the same conversation. Using selected perspectives from Anshu Sisodia’s Leadership Operating System™, participants will examine where a live people or transformation priority is losing traction, distinguish a visible symptom from the underlying leadership or system condition, and clarify what HR and the business must own together.
The aim is deliberately bounded: not to solve every capability issue, but to leave with one agreed priority, clearer shared accountability and a credible next action.
Participants will leave with
-
one clearly framed leadership or people-capability pressure point
-
a sharper distinction between the visible symptom and its leadership or systemic drivers
-
greater clarity about the respective roles of HR and business leaders
-
one practical next action, an accountable owner and a review point
SESSION DETAIL
The leadership problem and why it matters now People priorities lose momentum when HR is expected to design the solution but business leaders retain the decisions, signals and operating conditions that shape behaviour. More activity does not repair unclear ownership.
AI adoption, workforce pressure and rapid change make cross functional leadership more important, not less. Organisations need shared judgement, language and accountability for the human consequences of business decisions.
Why HR leaders should bring a CEO, GM or business leader
Attending together removes the translation gap between the people insight and the business decision. It enables the leaders who influence strategy, resources and operating behaviour to agree the priority and next action in the room.
Who should attend: Chief People Officers, HR Directors, Heads of People and Culture, CEOs, General Managers, senior operational leaders and senior HR leaders attending with a business executive.
Format: A facilitated 90-minute executive working session.
Practical value: A shared capability priority and decision-ready next step, rather than a broad catalogue of leadership ideas.
