Sophia Arkinstall is the Founder of AI & Society, a national community exploring the impact of AI on work, organisations and society. With a background spanning property and smart cities, health, sustainability and education, plus an MBA (Valedictorian) focused on innovation and technology, Sophia brings a grounded AI x people x place perspective shaped by research trips to Silicon Valley, Tokyo, Dubai, Tel Aviv and beyond. She now works as an independent consultant, facilitator and speaker helping organisations build genuine AI literacy.
