What does it mean to be M.A.D about Menopause, and what difference can it make in your organisation?
With millions of women in Australia experiencing menopause during peak leadership years, the impact on workforce participation, productivity, and retention is significant, yet often unspoken.
In this practical and thought-provoking session, Karen Stein, Executive Coach and Certified Menopause Coach, will reframe menopause as a leadership and organisational priority. Moving beyond awareness, she will explore how menopause shows up at work through shifts in energy, confidence, and performance, and why these matters for HR leaders focused on capability, culture, and inclusion.
You will walk away with:
-
Greater confidence to lead and influence menopause conversations
-
Practical strategies to reduce presenteeism and support performance
-
Insight into how to strengthen leadership capability across all genders
-
Clear actions to create a more inclusive and sustainable workplace. This is about more than policy. It is about leadership in action. Being M.A.D about Menopause means making a difference that people feel and organisations benefit from.
