The Power of Dialogical Processes in OD
June 25 @ 12:00 PM - 1:15 PM AEST
Free - $20.00QLD Organisational Development & Design Network
In today’s workplaces, we’re navigating competing priorities, rapid change, and increasingly diverse perspectives. Dialogical processes offer a powerful way to build shared understanding, genuine commitment, and collective ownership, but only when the conditions are right. Often the real work begins before the dialogue itself: creating a shared mindset that allows people to think together rather than talk past each other.
This session explores how to create those conditions and how dialogue can support agreement, commitment, and collaborative problem‑solving. Through practical examples and a collective inquiry approach, participants will experience how mindset, process, and facilitation interact to enable meaningful conversations.
The workshop is intentionally hands‑on. Expect real conversations, shared reflections, and opportunities to learn from your colleagues in break‑out discussions throughout the session.
