Workforce EffectivenessThis Certification Program Micro-credential is designed to enable HR professionals to be effective business partners by building their capabilities in workforce planning, industrial relations, organisational design, and work design. It equips participants with the knowledge and skills to analyse workforce trends, navigate employment frameworks, optimise organisational structures, and design roles that support evolving business needs, ensuring alignment between HR practices and strategic business objectives. Who are Micro-credentials designed for?AHRI Micro-credentials are intensive, applied learning experiences designed for HR professionals who already have strong transactional HR experience and are ready to deepen their strategic capability within a specific HR capability area (we recommend at least 5 years’ experience in HR roles). These programs are positioned to bridge the gap between experienced Mid-Career HR practitioners and Emerging Leader level capability. Participants are expected to bring existing knowledge of HR fundamentals and, ideally, some exposure to strategic HR thinking within the capability area of study. Micro-credentials are not a foundational learning experience. If you are a student/early career HR practitioner seeking transactional or operational HR knowledge, AHRI’s short courses may be more suitable. We encourage you to consider your current level of professional experience and readiness before registering.
