Participants will develop capabilities across the full talent management lifecycle, including talent acquisition, capability development, performance management, succession planning, engagement and retention, and strategies to enhance influence, impact, and employee relations. Who are Micro-credentials designed for?AHRI Micro-credentials are intensive, applied learning experiences designed for HR professionals who already have strong transactional HR experience and are ready to deepen their strategic capability within a specific HR capability area (we recommend at least 5 years’ experience in HR roles). These programs are positioned to bridge the gap between experienced Mid-Career HR practitioners and Emerging Leader level capability. Participants are expected to bring existing knowledge of HR fundamentals and, ideally, some exposure to strategic HR thinking within the capability area of study. Micro-credentials are not a foundational learning experience. If you are a student/early career HR practitioner seeking transactional or operational HR knowledge, AHRI’s short courses may be more suitable. We encourage you to consider your current level of professional experience and readiness before registering.
