Business Strategy & Culture Leadership

This Certification Program Micro-credential equips HR professionals to become strategic partners within their organisations. It focuses on aligning HR strategy with broader business objectives while fostering a culture of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I). Participants will develop capabilities in strategic leadership, HR strategy, business acumen, ethical practice, and culture design to drive organisational success and demonstrate the strategic value of HR.

Course Information

• Location: Self-Led via Canvas

• Duration: 6 weeks from your official enrolment date in Canvas

• Study commitment: 25–45 hours over 6 weeks (individual experiences may vary)

Who are Micro-credentials designed for?

AHRI Micro-credentials are intensive, applied learning experiences designed for HR professionals who already have strong operational or transactional experience and are ready to deepen their strategic capability within a specific HR capability area (we recommend at least 5 years’ experience in HR).

These programs are positioned to bridge the gap between Mid-Career HR practitioners and Emerging Leader level capability. Participants are expected to bring existing knowledge of HR fundamentals and, ideally, some exposure to strategic HR thinking within the capability area of study.

Micro-credentials are not a foundational learning experience. If you are a student/early career HR practitioner seeking transactional or operational HR knowledge, AHRI’s short courses may be more suitable. We encourage you to consider your current level of professional experience and readiness before registering.
