Melissa Harvey prides herself as being a collaborative, strategic and commercial team player with excellent ER/IR knowledge. She is an experienced employment law advisor and litigator, trained mediator, and board member. 

Melissa’s career over the past 16 years has spanned in-house and private practice legal roles, including at MinterEllison and secondment to BHP. Holding advisory, litigation, investigations, and mediation experience – she has supported private sector and Government clients and stakeholders across diverse industries including in the resources, health, education, social and community services, disability, aged care and not for profit sectors. She has worked closely with all levels of management – including C-Suite and board members. She has been a strong supporter of pro-bono advisory services through volunteer work and continues to otherwise volunteer on various boards. She loves the Santos blue and thinks being a decent human being is pretty important.
