What are the assessment requirements?

To validate your applied learning and skill you will be required to complete an assessment. For the Talent Management & Trusted Partnership AHRCF Micro-credential this includes a:

  • Written response designed around a hypothetical scenario to develop an attraction, retention and engagement strategy proposal to an Executive team (70% of total mark).
  • 4-6 minute video presentation of pre-recorded proposal pitch for Executive team (30% of total mark).

This varies depending on the delivery mode you have selected:

  • Facilitator-led – You have four (4) weeks to complete your assessment following the last day of the online workshops.
  • Self-led – You have a total of six (6) weeks to complete your assessment.

All assessments will be marked within two weeks of the submission due date.

The AHRCF Micro-credentials are aimed at meeting an AQF Level 8 skills outcome.
The AHRCF Micro-credentials are designed to help you build the skills and knowledge in relation to particular capability area of the Australian HR Capability Framework (AHRCF). In order to become a CPHR, you must successfully complete the HR Certification Assessment which requires you to demonstrate capability across all seven HR capabilities of the AHRCF.

You can expect to undertake 25-40 hours of study per AHRCF Micro-credential. Completing the online learning content is highly recommended as it is designed to support your professional development, capability uplift and assessment completion.

If you receive a passing grade you will receive a digital Credential Badge for the AHRCF Micro-credential via Credly. 32 CPD points are also applied to your AHRI membership dashboard.

No, there is no specific order required to complete the AHRCF Micro-credentials.

Your pathway to HR Certification is unique to you and is based on your HR experience, people leadership experience, formal qualifications and how confident you feel to demonstrate capability in alignment with the Australian HR Capability Framework (AHRCF).
